REACH Reorganizes To Strengthen Core Values And Client Support

The REACH Group Implements A Performanced Based Organization to Promote A High Performance Culture
Dave Massey, President of The REACH Group announces the roll-out of REACH’s Performance Based Organization (PBO) including new company structure, positions, roles and responsibilities. "The main purpose for reorganizing REACH is to ensure we are developing our people and leading the company strategically," says Mark Sprague, Chairman.
Another element of the PBO structure is the implementation of a Performance Center project management approach, including a new Team Leader position and further integration of all internal resources, across all regions. This structure will accomplish more career growth opportunities within REACH, more efficient internal communications and ultimately result in increased value to REACH clients.
The REACH Group business plan calls for growth of 40% over the next twelve months. The Internal development of future leaders is instrumental in meeting this planned growth. As stated by Dave Massey, "The PBO means opportunity to those making a career at REACH and pushes REACH into the forefront of High Performance."
Effective immediately Mark Sprague is elected Chairman of the Board and will focus on product and service development, in addition to implementation of the corporate strategic plan.
Doug Lynch is appointed Managing Director and will focus on relationship development of international clients at the executive level, while providing high-level support to REACH’s Business Development team.
Cam Innes is appointed Partner and promoted Senior VP & General Manager - Western Hemisphere. Cam Innes will be relocating from Calgary to Houston.
Paul Hardman, another Partner, has been promoted to Senior VP and General Manager - Eastern Hemisphere. The newly created Senior VP and General Manager positions are responsible for all operations and business development activity within each respective hemisphere and report directly to the President.
Dave Massey will continue his current capacity as President, with additional responsibilities in Human Resource, Finance and Administrative functions.
