DTL Performance Coordinator:

About the Position:

  • The REACH Group is looking to hire a DTL Coordinator willing to relocate to Mumbai, India.
  • REACH provides training and support in all aspects of the position.
  • All positions are long term commitments.
  • This is an office-based position
  • All travel expenses are paid for by REACH, including visas and training.
  • The positions are compensated with a monthly rate, and not by day rate.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years drilling background
  • Minimum 5 years in ultra-deepwater
  • Advanced Leadership, interpersonal, communications, and listening skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel and Word)
  • A strong desire to see teams succeed and perform

    Drilling/Completions Performance Coach:

    About The Position:

    • The REACH Group is actively hiring Performance Coaches for drilling and completions operations.  
    • REACH provides training and support in all aspects of the position.
    • All positions are long term commitments.
    • Most positions are equal time rotations of 14-14 within the US and Canada, while other assignments are usually 28-28 rotations.  Some positions are office-based and may be Monday to Friday or rotational.
    • All travel expenses are paid for by REACH, including visas and training.
    • The positions are compensated with a monthly rate, and not by day rate.

    About the Job:

    • You will lead teams (either drilling, completions, production, workover or abandonment) to top quartile results using either REACH's Drilling the Technical Limit®, Completing the Technical Limit® or Producing the Technical Limit®.
    • You will facilitate planning meetings, workshops and safety discussions between the operator, contractor and service companies.  The focus is on helping the team optimize the plan, identify risks and mitigating actions and execute the operation with top quartile performance consistently.  You do not tell the team what to do or how to do it.  You ensure they own the plan, while you facilitate quality discussions in a structured format.
    • You will measure performance daily using one of REACH’s proprietary software suites.  You will analyze performance and provide timely performance feedback to the team.  You will use performance information to then facilitate improvement discussions.
    • You will identify Invisible Lost Time with crews and pin point improvement opportunities.
    • You will capture and validate lessons learned, then identify Best Practice for sharing across crews and teams. You will facilitate After Action Reviews and ensure timely and proper close out of valid Lessons Learned. 
    • You will form and facilitate High Performance Teams to improve specific tasks.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Advanced inter-personal, communications  and listening skills
    • Rig knowledge (equipment, tools, process and position roles and responsibilities).   Also at least a basic knowledge of downhole dynamics is required.
    • Strong computer skills (MS Excel and Word)
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • A strong desire to see teams succeed and perform

    Safety Performance Coach:

    About the Job:

    • You will implement a world class safety culture via coaching leaders, work groups and teams to develop an interdependent culture.  This may be done in any of the following environments:  office, supply base, land rigs, offshore platforms and rigs.  In any of the following disciplines: drilling, completions, production, workover and abandonment.
    • You will deliver leadership development content and follow up with one on one coaching to engrain leadership skill sets.
    • You will facilitate safety meetings, workshops and Pre Tours for effective discussions.   You do not tell the team what to do or how to do it.  You ensure they own their safety performance, while you facilitate quality discussions in a structured format.
    • You will track Key Performance Indicators.  You will analyze performance and provide timely performance feedback to the team.  You will use performance information to then facilitate improvement discussions.
    • You will form and facilitate High Performance Teams to improve specific tasks.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Advanced inter-personal, communications  and listening skills
    • Basic knowledge of rig operations, tools and equipment.  Also a basic understanding of rig position roles and responsibilities.
    • Strong computer skills (MS Excel and Word)
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • A strong desire to see teams succeed and perform
    • Minimum 10 years work experience is required.  This experience should include a minimum of two years in drilling and/or completions operations and a minimum of two years in behavioral safety.
    • Advanced knowledge of behavioral safety applications, systems and theory.
    • Advanced knowledge of HSE practices and their proper usage.
    • Excellent verbal, written
